Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain countries may have additional costs added when being shipped to. Duties and Tariffs may apply.

The cost of these Tariffs is not included in the price. As such, you will be responsible for paying them. This is subject to change in the future.

Yes! More items will be added to the store. Follow our social media channels to stay up to date for new item releases.

We aim to complete orders as soon as possible, as such once the order has been processed it is not possible to edit/cancel the order.

If you need to edit or cancel the order, please use the contact form within 6 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once you have been approved for a refund, it should take 3-5 business days to process. If it has been longer then 5 business days please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

If a replacement is required, the request will be confirmed within 5-10 business days. The new tracking number for the replacement will be issued within 10 business days of the confirmation date.

According to standard legal practices, a customer has the right to choose whether they want to receive marketing communications such as the arrival of new products, stock, or any upcoming promotions. These differ from contacting us for inquires such as order status.
